Villa Marina Del Mar is a boater’s paradise located on the Bell Channel Canal close to beaches, shopping and attractions. The Abaco suite is one of only six two-level suites decorated in casual elegance and equipped for maximum enjoyment of the island lifestyle. The marina offers ten slips accommodating vessels of up to 100 feet and offers 30, 50 and 100 amp power and water. Each unit is unique and features a full designer inspired kitchen with premium fixtures and appliances.

The Villa Marina Del Mar Abaco Suite enjoys views over the canals and marina from the living and dining areas and the two master suites. There are five bedrooms, elegantly furnished with king beds and premium linens with ensuite luxury bathrooms. The living room features an 85 inch TV with cable and the bedrooms are equipped with 55 inch smart TV’s. The suites are designed for both families and couples allowing space for group activities and dining and privacy when you retreat to your bedroom suite. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground level with the gourmet kitchen, large dining area and living area with patio doors leading to an outdoor patio and the marina. There is also a half bath and full size washer and dryer located on the ground level. Upstairs features a large master suite equipped with ensuite bathroom with glass shower stall, double vanity and soaker tub. The second upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, desk and ensuite bath. The Abaco Suite is fully turn-key, all you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush. The suite is equipped with all dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, utensils, linens, towels and basic supplies sufficient for the first couple days of your stay. An outdoor pool and covered parking are also included as part of your Villa Marina Del Mar experience.

The entire property is secured and gated. The suite is non-smoking and no pets please.
