Villa Marina del Mar is a boater’s paradise located on the Bell Channel Canal close to beaches, shopping and attractions. The Eleuthra Suite is one of only six two level suites decorated in casual elegance and equipped for maximum enjoyment of the island lifestyle. The marina offers ten slips accommodating vessels of up to 100 feet and offers 30, 50 and 100 amp power and water. Each unit features a full designer inspired kitchen with premium fixtures and appliances.

The Villa Marina Del Mar Eleuthra Suite enjoys views over the canals and marina from the living and dining areas and the master suite. There are three bedrooms, elegantly furnished with king beds and premium linens. The master bedroom has an ensuite luxury bathroom featuring a soaker tub, double vanity and large enclosed shower. There is a large outdoor terrace and walk in closets. The other bedrooms are also equipped with ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bath and laundry with a full size washer and dryer on the ground floor near the living areas. The suites are designed for both families and couples allowing space for dining and group activities while enjoying privacy when you retreat to your bedroom suite. The Eleuthra Suite is fully turn-key, all you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush. The suite is equipped with all dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, utensils, linens, towels and basic supplies sufficient for the first couple days of your stay. An outdoor pool and Gazebo are also a part of your Villa Marina Del Mar experience.

The entire property is secured and gated with covered parking. The suite is non-smoking and no pets please.
