Lots# 3 & 6 are adjacent elevated lots and may have sea views if a house was built on stilts. They are located in the northern part of the island in an area known as Stella Maris. The Stella Maris Marina is approximately five minutes away with great access to beautiful reefs for excellent fishing, snorkeling and diving. Stella Maris Airport is a five-minute drive from these properties for convenient travel to the other islands and the United States. One can enjoy the amenities at Stella Maris Resort. Swim in the natural pool on the ocean side or have lunch at the bar and restaurant overlooking the crystal blue ocean shimmering in the sun. Stella Maris Cave is across from these lots where one can explore or enjoy the special barbecue events in the cave a few times a year. Stella Maris also has beach cabanas that one is welcome to use for picnics and swimming in the crystal-clear waters at Cape Santa Maria, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
