Abaco Dry Boat Storage is being developed to be a full service marina located adjacent to the Port of Marsh Harbour and Bakers Bay Ferry terminal in Marsh Harbour, Abaco.
The property has direct access to the sea of Abaco and the beautiful Abaco Cays.

Abaco Dry Boat Storage is the first dry rack storage facility in The Bahamas, capable of holding 80 boats upto 45’ft in length. It is currently home to Yamaha Abaco and the new owner will have the opportunity to continue as a recognized Yamaha dealer.

The entire property consists of approximately 7.1 acres of waterfront and main road land with only 1.05 acres built on so far. The development has government approval in principle to operate as a marina selling gas and diesel, boat storage, retail and welcome center, restaurant, a ferry terminal and water front cottages.
