Coconut Creek is a private subdivision that sits just in the south east corner of Marsh Harbour. This is one of the few privately gated communities in the Marsh Harbour area. Grocery stores, schools, doctors offices and other necessities are a 5 minute drive into the main part of Marsh Harbour. Along with having the airport positioned about the same distance away.
