The villa is located in Tamarind Development, Fortune Bay on Grand Bahama Island. Fortune Bay is an upscale, community with the most stunning turquoise blue waters and powder white sand beaches less than 10 minutes walking distance away.

The villa was renovated in 2015 with new furniture and new design including a modern, full-equipped kitchen and expansive waterfront patio deck. In addition to the king bedded master bedroom, there is one queen bed guest room and one full bed guest room. The villa comes with free WiFi, outdoor grill and two bicycles for guest use. A 30 ft private boat dock and fish cleaning station will soon be installed in the villas canal frontage. Prior to completion, we recommend guests dock their boats at nearby Grand Bahama Yacht Club.

The villa is ideally located 10 minutes from The Reef Golf Course, the Fortune Hills Golf Course, the Casino and Port Lucaya with its international shops and dining and just 5 minutes from Taino Beach.
